The Occupational First Aid Instructor Register is maintained on behalf of the Health and Safety Authority of Ireland. Personnel listed in this register have undergone an assessment as Occupational First Aid Instructors and can teach Occupational First Aid programmes that meet the standard and requirements listed in the Guidelines in First Aid at Places of Work as required by the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 1993. (S.I. No. 44 of 1993).
Each person registered has been issued with a
Unique Registration Number. Those registrations that have
the letter E after the registered number are qualified
to examine Occupational First Aid Courses except
those courses that they have organised or run themselves.
